Blue Borage

Vipers Bugloss is a small biennial found in lowlands, dry riverbeds and high country. Hauora sources its Blue Borage from a wide open river valley on Molesworth Station in the South Island. The honey is light pinkish brown in colour, floral on the nose with a dusty rose oil characteristic. The flavour is clean, mildly herbal with lemon and floral characteristics.
